About Arasimages

Welcome to my PSP world! I am realizing a dream I have had of having my own website where I can share tutorials with you which I have created myself. I started to learn Paint Shop Pro around 2005. I saw the PSP tags others were making and knew this is what I wanted to do. Having an art background, this was most appealing. At one of the Forums online, I met my teacher and mentor, Eva, who has been an enormous help in my PSP learning experience. She has been a wonderful instructor exercising much patience with me while I learned. We played in our PSP "sandbox" and ended up being the best of friends! Thank you Eva for the huge part you have played in my Dream.

My youngest son Jeff gave me a year of web hosting and domain registration for Christmas 2009 thus nudging me closer to having my site. I started working on it and while the concept was in my mind, I did not have the know-how to pull it all together and soon found I was in over my head. I had been in contact with another dear friend and master web designer and owner of DocShellDesigns who said to me "send me your images and let me play with them". And play with them she did! I watched her take my ideas and put her magic touch to them and the end result is what you see here. DocShell is an amazing young woman of talent and expertise, and along with that, a great dose of kindness runs in her veins. I count it a privilege to have had her bring my Dream to fruition. For her many hours of intense labor in building this website, I give to her my admiration and heartfelt thanks.

Last but certainly not least, I extend continuous gratitude to my two dearest friends, Evatexas and PamelaD, for being my "testers" on each tutorial I write. Their proofreading is most valuable. Unfortunately, in February 2021 we lost our Eva. She is sorely missed by those who loved her and those who appreciated the help she willingly gave. RIP dear Eva.

It is my sincere hope that you will find hours of enjoyment working the tutorials you find here, and collect some tubes you like too. I have enjoyed creating, using the gift God has given me and am pleased to share with you.
